Understand what's happening in your body

Adjusting Attitudes is a series of 40 short videos that explain your care as you go through it — what an adjustment does, why it takes time, and how the whole thing fits together. One arrives in your inbox every few days. You watch when it suits you.

How it works

Three things, and none of them are hard

  1. Give us your email

That's the whole sign-up. No account to create, no password to invent, nothing to download.

  2. A video arrives every few days

Short, plain-spoken, and in an order that follows your care. Most patients receive one every three days.

  3. Watch when it suits you

Tap the link in the email and it plays. Your place is kept, so nothing is lost if life gets in the way.

Forty videos, start to finish, at whatever pace works for you.

What it covers

From your first visit to the rest of your life

Starting out

What happens at your consult and exam, what the report of findings actually means, and the principles the whole thing rests on.

How your body works

Anatomy, the nervous system, what a subluxation is and what causes one, what an adjustment does, and why chiropractic is about far more than pain.

Living well

Sleep, hydration, nutrition, exercise and stress — plus care for children and families, and what to expect when progress isn't a straight line.

Why this exists

The things worth explaining don't fit into a visit

A visit is short, and there is a lot about how your body works that simply does not fit into one — what an adjustment is actually doing, why it takes a course of care rather than a single appointment, and why feeling better and being better are not the same thing.

Adjusting Attitudes is the long answer, in pieces small enough to watch between visits. It has been running here since 2015, and patients who go through it tend to understand their own care far better for it — which is the whole point.

Questions people ask

How often will I get a video?

Most patients receive one every three days. The clinic can set it faster or slower to suit your care plan, and it can be changed at any time.

Do I need a password?

No. Every email carries your own private link — tap it and you're straight in. There's nothing to remember and nothing to reset.

Do I have to watch them in order?

The series is built to be watched in order, and your library opens the next one as you work through it. The video linked in your email always plays, whether or not you've watched the one before — you'll never be locked out of something we've sent you.

What if I miss one?

Nothing is lost. Every video you've been sent stays in your library, so you can catch up whenever you like without asking anyone to resend it.

How long is each video?

Three to five minutes — the shortest is under two and a half, the longest just over five. All forty together come to about two and a half hours, spread across several months.

How do I stop the emails?

Every email has a link at the bottom that stops them, and there's one in your library too. Nothing is deleted when you stop — the videos you've already been sent stay yours to watch, and you can start again whenever you like.

Start whenever you're ready

One email address is all it takes. The first video is a short welcome, and the rest follows from there.
